Return & Refund Policy

We only accept return or refund requests if the product is received empty and is not damaged, tampered with, or used. To be eligible, customers must provide a clear opening video recorded from start to finish, showing the unopened package and clearly proving that the product was received empty. Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.

An original invoice / order confirmation is mandatory for all return or refund requests. No returns or refunds will be provided for damaged products, opened or used items, missing invoices, or claims based on personal preference. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.

We accept exchange requests only if the product is wrongly delivered or received with a broken bottle. The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear opening video recorded from start to finish, showing the unopened package and the issue.

If the order is found eligible for exchange after verification, the replacement will be processed within 2–3 working weeks. Exchange requests will not be accepted for used, tampered, or damaged-after-delivery products, or if the opening video is missing or unclear.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

We offer free Pan-India shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping fee of INR 99 will be applicable.

Orders are processed promptly, and delivery timelines may vary by location. However, all orders will be delivered within 1–2 weeks (maximum) from the date of order confirmation.
