Return & Refund Policy
We only accept return or refund requests if the product is received empty and is not damaged, tampered with, or used. To be eligible, customers must provide a clear opening video recorded from start to finish, showing the unopened package and clearly proving that the product was received empty. Requests without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
An original invoice / order confirmation is mandatory for all return or refund requests. No returns or refunds will be provided for damaged products, opened or used items, missing invoices, or claims based on personal preference. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing time.
